|  | Q:  What's the difference between the Maintenance Plan and the Extended Vehicle Protection? A:  The Maintenance Plan covers what you must do to maintain the vehicle.  The Extended Vehicle Protection protects your vehicle in case of mechanical/electrical failure. Q:  Does the Extended Vehicle Protection have to be paid upfront? A:  The Extended Vehicle Protection does come with the option of a Service Payment Plan. This 0% interest plan automatically deducts payments from your account for 12 monthly payments! Q:  If I sell my vehicle, are these contracts a total loss? A:  These contracts are transferrable to the next owner. Q:  Can I purchase the Maintenance Plan and Extended Vehicle Protection after my new car coverage expires? A:  These coverage's are extremely time and mileage sensitive.  Once your new car coverage expires, some options will expire from the system and prices will change, automatically, in the system. Q:  The Powertrain Plus coverage is a "named components coverage". What does this mean? A:  The "named components coverage" means that in the contract it states what IS covered under the Powertrain Plus coverage. Whereas the Gold and Platinum are "named exclusions coverage's" meaning the contract will state what IS NOT covered under the protection plan. Q:  If I purchase a Maintenance Plan and/or and Extended Vehicle Protection, do I get a loaner vehicle? A:  Here at Prestige BMW, we WILL provide loaner vehicles for our customers when available.  All you need to do is notify out appointment coordinators when you call to schedule your service appointment and they will let you know the next day we will have a loaner available.  It's that easy! Q:  How do I extend my BMW 24-hour roadside assistance? A:  Not to worry!  When you extend your Vehicle Protection, the BMW 24-hour roadside assistance is included! |

|  | Q:  Does tire and wheel protection cover normal wear and tear? A:  No, tire and wheel is to protect your vehicle as well as your pocket from blowouts, nails, glass, potholes, and debris. Q:  Does tire and wheel protection include cosmetic repair for wheels? A:  Yes!!!  Tire and wheel protection not only replaces wheels if they are bent or cracked and do not hold air.  This also covers cosmetic repair which is done in-house here at Prestige!  We will resurface your wheels and they will look brand new! Q:  Does tire and wheel protection just cover the actual tire and wheel? A:  No!  The tire and wheel protection will cover the labor, mounting, balancing, valve stem, tire disposal, and sales tax. Q:  Is there a deductible for this coverage? A:  No there is no deductible for this coverage!  This is a peace of mind that will leave you worry-free and with no out of pocket expenses. Q:  Is there a limit to how many claim can be called in? A:  No there is no limit to how many claims can be called in. Q:  Is there a mileage limit or cut off for coverage?  For example, with a 5 year coverage, will it ever expire by mileage A:  No, there is no mileage limit to this coverage.  This is based only on the time frame of your coverage.  Q:  Is there any guidelines I need to remember for this coverage? A:  We just ask that you keep your tires up to par!  We cannot cover a tire if it is bald.  Why?  Because these are unsafe to be driven on to begin with and you cannot get a brand new tire to replace a tire that should have been replaced already.  By law you should not be driving around with tires that are not up to unsafe on the road. |
