7 Series Highlights

The BMW 7 Series is all new for 2016, with an advanced, reduced-weight structure composed of high-strength steel, carbon fiber and aluminum sculpted into a magnificent design. The 7 Series has grown in length and in its roster of high-tech features, including a revamped suspension incorporating active rear steering and air springs with available adjustable dampers that adapt in real time to the road ahead. Two powerful twin-turbo engines are available: the 3.0L I6 and the 4.4L V8, both connected to an 8-speed automatic sports transmission. Driving the 7 Series is a supreme pleasure, thanks to nimble and athletic performance, enhanced ride comfort, smooth manual paddle shifter and launch control that tames jackrabbit starts. The all-new sheet metal is refined, and includes a more prominent twin-kidney grille and an aerodynamic active-shutter system. New chrome accents grace the front fender and flow rearward, as well as framing the side glass and kinking from the C-pillar into the rear door.

LED taillights and dual chrome exhaust tips add excitement to the rear. The interior offers leather, wood, aluminum and chrome in an elegant design. The two-section panoramic moonroof adds to the sense of spaciousness, as does the generous length and width. CEOs will appreciate the optional Rear Executive Lounge Seating with a fold-out footrest and reclining seatbacks, controlled by a Touch Command Tablet. Safety equipment includes the BMW Active Protection System, active post-crash braking, night vision, 3D surround-view cameras, lane departure warning and assist, rear cross-traffic warning, blind-spot detection, stop-and-go cruise control, frontal-collision warning, pedestrian warning and parking assistant.
